- He read the minds of Blackbeard and Burgess, he found out that they have been avoding the red hair pirates until they gain a good advantage to defeat them
- He devised a plan to lure Red Hair Pirates and corner Blackbeard here and now, he gathered all den den mushi from Blackbeard pirates with scan, he tells Penguin to get into contact with any of Red Hair officers fast, they must stall until then

Cool concept actually
We know that DF users can combine their hardening with their DF’s like Luffy in boundman and Katakuri’s block moxhi

but never have we really seen CoO with a users DF. Does Kata morphing his body like a logia count? Actually it does nvm

Law can potentially do all kinds of bs with things like anti-bacterial curtain (iirc was haki based to block Kaido's strike, with his df), and with silence room introduced too, would be cool to integrate CoO with his scan ability and mind read someone for a few seconds. And him having learned from Kaido and BM to use a great deal of haki to defend against a df effect
