What am I basing that the God knights helped Roger and Garp beat Rocks?
1. God knights exist
2. God knights serve the interests of the celestial dragons
3. Sengoku said Roger and Garp fought rocks and protected the Celestial dragons and their slaves
4. god knights in God valley would also fight rocks to protect the celestial dragons and their slaves

See, you don't make sense. You out of nowhere with no logic headcanoned that knights were there and what they did.
By your logic literally any character could've been at God Valley in order to fight Rocks.

Holy knights should not be shown stronger than admiral. This is where oda needs to draw boundary.
Admirals have been consistently shown as strongest members in the series along with Yonkos . I hope they are mostly yonko commander level or above fighters around same range as king or marco. Frankly would be disappointed if HK are stronger than them .
The 4 admirals are still important to world govt . I dont really have high hopes with holy knight to me they are final battalion exist between imu , gorosei and marines.
I also think former fleet admirals like kong may have been promoted as honorary holy knight.
I am betting Kong is one of Holy knights.
Figgarland family may hold one position - Cough - some with redhair - cough.

Instead of the "admiral lvl bodyguards", Saturn took Kizaru with him lol.
On the other hand Rocks crew is not as impressive as it seems like (Kaido an apprentice, BigMom far from her Prime which was probably when she got fat again, WB still 2 years away from his Prime and in 2 years character can grow as much as author wants, Shiki's lvl unknown but probably far from his peak as well since he fought Roger 24 years ago and God Valley was 38 years ago). So Garp + Roger pirates defeating them makes sense.
Ofc now that we know about this group, it's worth considering that they were there. But why would they team up with worthless "people"? At most I'd say they were keeping CD safe but didn't join the battle, more like a third party observing and only acting when some idiot pointed swords at their masters (or "kind").
