1st. Fujitora and Smoker aren't Drake underlings that are part of the SWORD.
2nd. Smoker himself is still set to clash against Luffy.
3rd. Most of the people who have Smoker and especially Fujitora turning on the WG, have em turning on the WG in the final war, not before it.
The same will apply to Koby. Any who had em turning against the WG before final war aren't thinking right or.. just believe Laughtale is the final war.

It's so hilarious that Coby just heard about how the WG committed actrocities and mass genocide and his first course of actions is :Bruh I must stop Luffy from achieving his dream

Sword leader X Drake was saved because he sided with the raiders at Onigashima. He witnessed Strawhats and the samurai saved Wano from Beast Pirates.
Smoker and Tashigi witnessed the Strawhats saved Arabasta and the Children at Punk Hazard.
Blackbeard one of the Yonko captured him for exchange of becoming one of the affiliated countries, now has Garp captured. He is also a pirated like all the pirates do, aiming for the One Piece.
And this Koby saying he doesn't trust Luffy.

Fujitora, a civilian that was drafted into the Marines only tow years ago, did more than Garp did in over five decades to change the rotten system via abolishing the Warlords.
No shock to me that Koby is just like his mentor and still seaks to capture Luffy cause "muh Pirates evil"
He literally went to an island/country of the formerly enslaved woman to capture her for his Celestial Dragon Masters.
Fuji (and arguably Smoker) are literally the only hope the Marines have for change.
Koby as he is portrayed now? At the end of One Piece would be just another Garp who will nod along/ignore while his superiors orders him and his fellow Marines to kill a couple hundred pregnant woman since Luffy COULD have fathered a kid with them.

I agree with what you're saying but being a member of sword Koby In a round about way already defected
Sword members already turned in their ID badges and can be fired at any time so if Koby and Sword decide they want to fight for themselves and not listen to the wg orders they have every right to do so
