Look at what Greenbull, an admiral, says about the celestial dragons. Do you really think someone as powerful as him worships people clowns like Charloss? Just think about Greenbull's ideology, he believes in the law of fishes, that might makes right. The only way he could serve under the celestial dragons is if there was someone amongst the CDs that was worthy enough for him to serve.

I personally agree but Mihawk being WSS while Gandhi being swordsman suggests

Mihawk is canonically weaker than Kaido, who Luffy just beat. He simply doesn’t have the hype to be Zoro’s EoS fight.

Questions:

If Gorosei are strong how they get strong?

They need to be in missions like CP0 at least even with mask, then how come no one knows how strong they are?

As Rayleigh said you can get stronger by fighting strong opponents.

Pre-Emperor Shanks gets stronger by fighting Mihawk, and DFless BB, vice versa etc

Who were they fighting and how come no one knows thats the problem Oda needs to explain.

Do I think they are strong? Probably. But the chances are lower now as Blonde Gorosei basically confirmed they are not hundreds of years old (there were theories that they should be very old via special DF) since he said ''Government'' named Luffy's DF as Gomu, not them. So it means there were previous Goroseis before them.

If they are strong its possible but Oda needs to explain it well.

Perhaps Gorosei are representative of 6 powers (Rokushiki) and with Imu they are 6, and each one of them is specialized in 1 Rokushiki technique, lets see how Oda will portray them.


Its easy to say Gorosei are Gods instead of Celestial Dragons are Gods lmao.

We see Ryokugyu can separate who he wants to keep happy when he give Red Dog's name.

There is also Garp who refuse to be a Ladmiral just because of general perception of Celestial Dragons in public. How come Garp's and another person's perception can be so different lol, anyways we will see I don't surprise if they are strong or not.

They are strong because Oda made them strong

Maybe they have ancient weapon tier powers(see: Shirahoshi).

Maybe they have special training.
