@minamoto requested i make a thread explaining why Helmeppo is such an amazing character so as promised here we go
Strength- Now Many people pick their favorite character based on physical strength and while Helmeppo lacks in that regard, being arguably weaker than even Usopp, the type of strength he strives in is strength of character, he's loyal to his friends and he knows he's weak but despite that, he was still the first one who wanted to gather a team and rescue Koby, in fact im willing to be if Garp didn't show up he would of snuck off and gone on his own.
personality- Now lets talk about his personality as been one of the most developed in the series, Momo being the only character who comes close imo (Momo lowkey top10) but from where Helmeppo was the snooty, uptight, daddy's boy to a man who is ready to die for his friends, to a man who is honorable to a man who is ready to do what's best not just for him but for his friends and coworkers
Style- Not to bring back a word from 2010 but Helmeppo is swagged out, for you youngsters its just another way to say he's very stylish, that visor those slick clothes and speaking of style he had a unique fighting style and unique set of swords compared to every other swordsman
And that my friends is the greatness that is Helmeppo
