And to top it all off, he has a garbage DF. A regular zoan, weaker than the powers of the tobi roppo. The only reason he is strong is because of his talent with martial arts and haki.

All of this imo makes Lucci a prime candidate for CoC.

Dude how the fuck you call his DF a garbage. Just because it isn't that special? Luffy's DF wasn't that special until awakening too. Some people don't even have DF. Zoan DFs enhances physical traits and that is enough to not call any Zoan DF garbage.

Nothing indicates Lucci having CoC. If he did he should have unlocked already since he already has awakening.
