I can agree a lot of SHs have lost screen time but there are exceptions.

A rightful title would be the weaker the SH is and less important to the economy of the manga, the less panel time it gets.

What I meant is that Oda focused a lot on Luffy since post ts commenced but not on some other SHs.

If by importance you meant that factor at least.
