Location:Tournament of Power Arena Distance: 50 meters Mindset: In character for both, but to kill Stipulations:
Starrk can enter Resurrección without Lilynette. (She is not in this battle)
Starrk cannot fly.
Starrk is as physical as Katakuri / cannot reiatsu crush.
Who wins? I hear Espada and Yonko Commanders are about on the same level.
Stark has really good AOE, great speed, can fight from distance, can counter Kata mochi stickiness by shooting Ceros : stark can fire cero from any part of his body so if a part is trapped he fires a cero and he is free.
Nope. Starrk low diffs any day of the week. Starrk is the strongest Espada and certified Island to Small Country level, CoO is dangerous but won't give Katakuri the win because if someone like Luffy (who is slower than Starrk) can overcome it then Starrk does as well.

Sorry but I don't remember who you are (probably due to different usernames) but yeah figured this site would be cool for Kingdom discussions since no one on CV has heard of the series.
Otherwise, yes.
Hueco Mundo & The Fake Karakura Town Arcs feats are on-par with the best of One Piece in general. TYBW is just adding even more ridculous hax on the already stat advantage.

Most top tiers in the Bleach verse are > Shikai Kenpachi (with his eyepatch on) who was able to bust a meteor this big:
And considering how the meteor was ablated, it would have destroyed the entire Sereitei and then some.
The Sereitei was stated to be 400 ri in diameter in the Faded to Black Movie, which Kubo was involved in and 400 ri = 970 miles or so. And this is supported by statements made in the manga:
Such as each gate having a 10 day walking distance in between them and there are 4 gates in total. It all lines up with the 400 ri statement.
Remember that this is only Shikai Kenpachi with his eyepatch on who’s far weaker than Adult Toshiro, Gerard, Lille, Pernida, Ichibe, Hachswalth etc. Now add a 5 to 10 times boost with his Bankai (if not more with the eyepatch off as well) and you already got peak TYBW Kenpachi in the continental levels.
One Piece top tiers haven’t been shown whipping out country level DC that casually let alone being Continent level, One Piece’s peak feats are around Small Country from what I remember.

Nah. Kenpachi casually one-shotted a country-busting meteor while nerfed, meanwhile while country level seems like the cap at One Piece at the moment.
One Piece isn't faster, Kizaru could be the fastest but OP other best speed feats are like, FKT Arc level at best.
