As much as I agree, it's pretty hard to collect a crew made out of Haki masters. Red Hair Pirates will be the crew for it I think. They are the best crew in the end per Brannew.

Most of Kaidou's crew were forced to join him... the most strong-willed people would rather die. Hyogoro and the Yakaza, Ashura Doji and Kawamatsu, and the Samurai who were imprisoned with Yamato all refused to join no matter the consequences. How could people who submit to someone out of fear for their lives have strong Haki?

That's a fault of Kaido's followers, not Kaido himself, he can't choose King to have at least subpar haki, instead he's overly reliant on a gimmick and gets low diffed the second it's removed.

Kaido himself however is the second best in the verse in terms of haki that's been demonstrated, only Luffy has shown more proficiency with it having every single type to an advanced level.
