So I believe OP has the following Arc's left (I ignore Sphinx, because I can't imagine that they do much there, will be like the revery Arc, short and focused not on Luffy)
Elbaf->New Marineford->Moon->Lodestar->Laughtale->Maryjoa->Loguetown

Luffy has 3 enemies left: Blackbeard, Akainu and Imu. Imu will be the last villain. Blackbeard will beat Shanks before he fights Luffy. That leaves Akainu. Don't know why Luffy will attack him. Before the spoilers came out I still thought Hancock was captured and set to be executed. But something will come up. I just assume that BB will be defeated on Lodestar, could be somewhere else. Shanks loses to BB, while Luffy is at New Marineford, then Luffy goes to the Moon, comes down and defeats Blackbeard. Then he goes to Laughtale, raids Maryjoa and goes back to Loguetown (town of the beginning and of the end).
