For awhile, I assumed Carrot would come to Elbaph after either the WG or Blackbeard attacked Wano. Now, though, I wonder if she will be sent on a peacemaking mission with Elbaph, one of the D.
Momo needs to start forming alliances to protect the country, and Elbaph, who Momo has ties to due to Hajrudin, a prince of the country, is by far the most attractive option in terms of defending the country from the marines with military might. Wano has resources to trade, and the ability to form seastone, along with other smaller items, it's hard for the giants to make.
Carrot wants to go to Elbaph, and will want to see the Straw Hats again.
