It would be kinda stupid. Logia can produce unlimited amounts of their element. Being a giant wouldn't change anything. Besides, the larger the surface the bigger the weakness against haki blows, as Vergo said.

Giants flex with their physical strength. A mythical norse zoan or a paramecia that specializes in brute force seems a better fit.

There's plenty animal gods to choose from.
