Oda clearly stated King to be on Luffy's way to the top(Rooftop). And he has WINGS. Which means bad news for Sanji being Luffy's wings after King comes in.

Luffy's second mate is Sanji and he is a cook. I know he is skilled with a sword but he wouldn't use it unless he had Streusen's fruit the Kuku Kuku no Mi which would be sick in both ways. Regarding the wings Oda could have possibly meant meteorically but I am not Oda so I dont know.
