I have hard time posting images on this forum not sure why so if someone can post the panels which I will talk to I would be glad.
So we have Zoro best endurance feat at Rooftop which was multiples events but everybody just realizes about Hakai(chapter 1009).
After that we learn that tanking Hakai left Zoro with 30 broken bones(maybe useless bones since he was moving pretty well and human body has 206 bones) but his feats don't stop there.
He them procceeds to fight Kaido using Ashura which is very exausthing giving how much haki he unleashed(included ACoC) and having Enma exausthing him even more. After that he falls on ground, but we still have more to go on(chapter 1010).
Kaido then fully hits a Thunder Bagua on both Law and Zoro(Zoro being closer to him and Law using his DF to mitigate damage) tha same attack that one-shotted Luffy beginning of Wano and almost one-shotted him again at chapter 1001(chapter 1010).
But is only at chapter 1012 that we learn all those events are combined into one big Nothing Happened moment, because when we saw Sanji's flashback getting Zoro and Law mid air we have Law saying that Zoro has 30 broken bones and Sanji has to make sure he is COUNSCIOUS and breathing.
That's right my Zoro's brothers. After tanking Hakai, using Ashura on Kaido and receiving a fully Thunder Bagua our Samurai Hero RORONOA (not Shimotsuki) Zoro is still COUNSCIOUS!
Try replace Zoro by Luffy and our weak protagonist would have been knocked down at least 10 times before 1v1 Kaido.
