I've noticed something. Oda seems insistent to make sure Luffy, Kid, and Law have comparable bounties. When Luffy fought in dressrosa, both him and Law had equal bounties. When the captains fought in wano, all 3 left with equal bounties.
This seems to be a direct parallel to WB and Roger, as WB is Roger's rival and the only one we know who's bounty passed the 5 billion mark. With Luffy's bounty inevitably passing the 5 billion mark as well, it only makes sense that Kid and Law's would as well. This event is likely the next major war. In order to be pirate king, Luffy needs to defeat Teach. Therefore I think the captains will pass the 5 billion mark in elbaf, where the war will occur.
I think elbaf makes more sense for a war to happen than raftel. I mean we are talking about a battle with multiple top tiers. Elbaf, being home to the giants, will likely be a massive island, meaning there is more than enough room for such a war to happen. Furthermore, the set up of elbaf just screams this to me. There is a giant tree in the middle of the island. This seems like a parallel to the rooftop in wano and the plateau in dressrosa. I think Luffy vs teach will happen at the top of this tree, which might even be so high that it reaches a sky island.
If Kid and Law are going to be involved, then this would mean that beyond the SHs and the BBP, there will likely be additional top tiers who are a 3rd party to the arc, similar to BM in wano. I think there are many options for this, but here are just a few:
Imo this will be the defining war of the generation. Buggy will ally with Teach in order to bring down Luffy. Luffy defeats Teach and gains all 4 poneglyphs, making himself pirate king. Zoro defeats Mihawk(buggy's crew) and becomes WSSM. Law beats Weevil(buggy's crew) and becomes a great pirate. Shanks is defeated, probably by Kid and Teach, allowing the kid pirates(who imo will consolidate the weaker supernova) to replace the red hairs. Last but not least, Usopp defeats yonko buggy and gains a bounty over 4 billion.
