Sukuna actually acknowledged Jogo and called him strong. Kenjaku was more than likely bluffing but he's definitely closer to 8 fingers than he is to 3 fingers.

It's possibly something Jogo hallucinated when he was close to dying.
Because when he asks Sukuna what this is, Sukuna doesnt give a fuck and it just doesn't track character wise.
