Given the recent statements by editors claiming that Wano is heavily tied to the One piece itself, it's time to start investigating what thus connection might be.

We know the poneglyphs were made by the Wano people.

And we know the Poneglyphs are connected to the one piece since Robin asked Rayleigh about it and he confirmed that the information of the void century is on LAUGH TALE as well.

Also the opening of Wano's borders is tied to the one piece since its been described in similar ways.

The narrator said " the borders opening will turn the world upside down" and Whitebeard said "finding the one piece will turn the world upside down"

So by default this arc has connections to the one piece. From the poneglyphs to the opening of the borders, to Oden going to LAUGH TALE, to Toki being a time traveller from the ancient past.

This arc is basically the beginning of the end and we should scan through every mysery of the arc trying to piece together the end.

One Loose connection is the 20 year time gap supposedly required to Open the borders of Wano but as we saw, Oden made the plan for this 20 year time gap literally while he was on Roger's ship having returned from Laught tale having found the One piece. Therefore given the Opening the borders is tied to the one piece itself, you would wonder how 20 years might also be connected to the One piece.

Firstly, there must be treasure and vast amounts of it. I refuse to believe that a treasure hunt ends without actually having a treasure. Now, Wano was the country of Gold, so it is possible that this Gold is now at Laugh Tale.

Secondly, there should be the history of the Ancient Kingdom written in Poneglyphs at that location. Since Kozuki clan are the only ones who can write these Poneglyphs, I am guessing opening of the border is related to getting a Kozuki aboard a ship heading to Laugh Tale. Wha I am trying to say is that a Kozuki is needed at Laugh Tale, hence Roger was the only one who went there, because he had the luck of having eccentric Kozuki who wanted to go out.

Well that's possible but there's one problem with that... Oden was talking about his 20 year plan 25 years ago.... So unless he meant that the plan had to start 5 years later for some reason, it seems this has something more to do with something specific in Wano that requires 20 years as opposed to un outside factor

But of course if Toki does in fact have future prediction powers then it's possible she did in fact know about Luffy even 25 years ago since Oden was already with her during that scene with Roger... problem is why does she know about Luffy 25 years ago and not Kaido or Orochi who will soon kill all of them

It takes 5 years for a person Will of D to be passed down.

She could probably look into the Future using her Devil Fruit. Dr Strange style.

Also the poneglyphs on Raftel probably hinted at certain conditions having to be met before Luffy was born.

You have to remember , one of the conditions to haev been met was the Ancient Weapon Shirahoshi( poseidon) being alive in the time, the person Roger was waiting for lives.

Poseidon has not been in the world since 800 years ago.
