Because of his regen.

that's the point. If you take away the dfs or what have you from any top tier, they still have top tier haki and durability. Saturn doesn't. So far, he's been getting shaken like a milk shake by anyone he encounters. And is only surviving because of the df regen.

I don't buy regen hax is all saturn has to offer Loda is probably hiding his full capability because stage isn't set yet
