Oda has "forgotten" about Kizaru using haki atm or has nerfed and dumbed him down on purpose like he did to the Beast Pirates and such but I'm guessing spitballing here anyway. Redons hints are impossible to guess, as he loves to pick shit we can't know about, really specific shit that you would need to see the chapter to guess. So his stupid hints are fucking rigged against us.

I could say its the giant robot attacking Kizaru but I doubt it. Assuming its is meant to be Kizaru too.
