Basically. A lot of OPs power scaling is fully up to Odas whims and he’ll portray and show different things cause Oda lost the ability to understand the basic writing technique of show don’t tell.

Op powerscaling being whack is hardly new tho, Oda always did that

If anything post ts he made a bigger mess of it trying to insert system that don't even stay consistent
