The only argument against ZKK is that Oda might not want to draw a Straw Hat killing someone.
That's it, there's literally nothing else that goes against it.
At worst Zoro defeats Kaido and puts him in a state where someone else can kill him off (BB,BM,Marines)
At best he cuts his head off clean over the flower capital

Give me a single evidence that either of them EVER TRIED to kill Kaido.
Kaido HIMSELF says that Oden is SOFT just like Roger and WB were.
WB isn't someone who goes around killing people.
