A little analysis of each of the individual strawhats, the arcs in which they were at their peak and the arc of which they were at their lowest point, Peak meaning the character is being utilized phenomenally and to the best of their ability compared to other arcs the character is in. Low referring to how their utilized in the arc and how it compares to other arcs the character is in. POST timeskip exclusively.
Monkey D. Luffy
Peak: Wano
Wano Luffy is definitely peak Luffy post timeskip. from both a character and combat standpoint honestly.Luffy just has this new confidence with him that can be chilling at times the way its drawn.
Luffy also feels a lot more mature compared to previous post timeskip arcs.
And again the combat development is really icing on the cake
Low: Punk Hazzard
Luffy in the end always redeems himself in arcs, so he really doesn't have a bad arc per say. However if were to pick one out of the Post Timeskip. Punk Hazzard stands out a little bit. Him Underestimating and getting finessed by Caesar
As well as him getting stalled by Monet
We all know the iconic moment of Zoro telling Luffy to get his shit together
Roronoa Zoro
Peak: Wano
Wano is the most Active Zoro has been since in an arc since Thriller bark.
Honestly it was obvious from the start that Zoro would get his moments here.
Low: Punk Hazzard
Zoro like a majority of the crew didn't really have much to do in this side piece of an arc. Honestly Zoro isn't even really bad in this arc at all.
But in terms of low's for him post timeskip, Punk Hazzard is probably it.
Him , getting finessed by the yeti cool brothers, and yes sanji and brook were there, but Sanjis in Nami's body and Brook is brook. So Zoro was disgustingly stronger than the other two. He should have had his guard up.
The stuff with Zoro not cutting Monet is kind of weird for Zoro's character based on what was shown in his backstory and the fact that we've seen Zoro be brutal to woman before.....
Honestly while the Zoro moment is cool, this should have just been Tashigi's fight to overcome, especially when we see tashigi has the power to finish off Monet... Feels like oda just wanted to give Zoro a cool moment but never planned to give Zoro a real fight here.
Nami
Peak: WCI
Peak Nami Post Timeskip, She made huge contributions in this arc. Its unfortunate that her tag team fight with Luffy against Cracker was offscreened, But we know the gist.
Nami Low: Dressrosa
Honestly there's nothing really bad about Nami in Dressrosa, its just unfortunately she has more a prominent role in other post timeskip arcs.
Usopp
Peak:Dressrosa
Usopp's best Moments of Post Timeskip are definitely in Dressrosa, Oda's utilization of Usopp here was honestly some of the best Usopp content in the series. He didn't get a fight, which is ridiculous considering he stayed there the entire arc, but oda did make up for that with the whole GOD Usopp thing he had going on. Usopp not only saved Dressrosa by subduing sugar Twice, he saved his captain.
Low: Wano
Honestly Usopps Role in Wano feels very insignificant compared to the other post timeskip arcs. Don't get me wrong he has made some minor contributions. But its still underwhelming.
His Biggest contribution so far is him clearing the way for another character to get their attack off
I do think Oda is gonna pull a enies lobby and have Usopp make some big save instead of a fight, but how it compares to everyone else well.......I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Sanji
Peak: Wano
WCI was a nice character arc for him, however what wano does differently is highlight the Full package of Sanji .
And Black Leg Sanji
As well as 2 Underrated Character moments with the Raid Suit and Chopper.
Sanjis Low: Fishman Island
For obvious reasons.... although the Unique thing about this low is that it actually has foreshadowing........Oda gives us a heads up about Sanji and Fishman island in the Pre-Timeskip.
Sanji First meeting Camie as well as Camie Saving Sanji.
Chopper
Peak: Wano
The chapter dedicated to chopper was definitely the best chopper content we've gotten post timeskip. Him holding off Queen for a little bit was good too.
Low: WCI
Chopper has his moments, but ultimately his role here was rather underwhelming compared to other arcs.He gets damsel treatment a lot here. And I feel like after luffs injury from the trident he should have been highlighted or had a doctoring moment of some sort. But it was just kind of glossed over .
Nico Robin
Peak: Wano
Do I really have to say much? Its the best content we've gotten from Robin since pre timeskip.
Her role as a Geisha Spy.
And Of course her Big Fight was icing on the Cake.
Low: Dressrosa
Robin as a character is not bad in dressrosa she's just criminally underutilized here.......to the point where their up against Trebol and Sugar and Usopp has to bail her out when we know that's cap....
I will never forget one of the most misleading chapters in Dressrosa, where it appeared Robin was about to fight Diamanté' just for Oda to side line Robin. Fishman Island it was somewhat forgivable since we did see a lot of new stuff with Robin in the arc. Punk Hazzard wasn't a battle arc so it was ok , Dressrosa there's no excuse for Robin to not have a bigger role in this arc, she wasn't one of the strawhats who left to go to Zou, she stayed in this arc and did pretty much nothing......
Franky
Peak: Dressrosa
Franky here, had a nice balance of character moments and action. Senior Pink fight is not better than the Sasaki one in terms of choreography, however it is more emotional.
And you can't forget him basically asking Luffy to run wild.
Low: Probably fishman island.... not because Franky is bad or anything but rather because Franky has more prominent roles in other arcs.
Brook
Peak:WCI
This is honestly Peak Brook in the series honestly, his biggest role in a arc since he set sail with the crew.
Low: Punk Hazzard
Another instance of which a character isn't necessarily bad but has more prominent roles in other arcs. Brook wasn't nearly as prominent in punk hazard as he was in other arcs post timeskip.
Jimbei
Peak: A very unique case we have here.....Honestly Jimbei's role in Fishman Island, WCI and Wano so far are all of Equal Contribution and prominence. There is no Low imo.
Monkey D. Luffy
Peak: Wano
Wano Luffy is definitely peak Luffy post timeskip. from both a character and combat standpoint honestly.Luffy just has this new confidence with him that can be chilling at times the way its drawn.

Luffy also feels a lot more mature compared to previous post timeskip arcs.
