The Pervert Characters : what do you think about them ? Funny or Creepy ?

Basically. People are overracting a bit much with the perverted characters. It's usually supposed to be funny, Their lovable love maniacs.
Oda's problem is he stick to the one shtick and makes it like their whole character, It stops being funny when it's all the character does, there's no other depth to the character, or if there is it's not shown or highlighted enough...
Basically Oda's characters are more often than not just a one character trait shit fest.

It depends, if the character is just fully groping someone non consensually, or is trying to sexualize a kid, then it's pretty f'd up, if it's just like my op character, it's fine.

I'm a huge fan of perverted characters because they're usually at least funny and quirky like Sanji, Jiraiya, Gintoki, Meliodas, Yuki Rito, Lubbock, Dandy, etc.

And then you got these degenerates like Master Roshi, Mineta, Issei Hyoudou, Kon which not only makes the viewers cringe but they're also annoying to an extend.

Meliodas is like 'I'm not touching your boob, I'm just checking your heartbeat to see if everything's fine.'

Nah. Sanji is fine. People just exaggerated about Sanji as usual. But pre-timeskip Sanji was way better for sure. Well, Issei is not really that cringe but he's still a degenerate nonetheless. Yup, the small teddy lion looking thing from Bleach.

Sanji is not fine, as far as his current self goes, you'll find that VAST majority of those who like him, simply see through his gags all together. Like i did previously. You'd have to be very special to find those things genuinely entertaining and exciting.

Don't get me started on characters that are entirely defined by being perverts. At least Roshi is minor in the grand scheme of Dragon Ball.

At least Master Roshi has strong moments like the "eat well, rest well, my students" line and his heroic sacrifice against demon king piccolo. Mineta, Kon, and I imagine the other one are just bad.

Fair enough. Pre-timeskip Sanji is way better when it comes to gags. Right now his gags is annoying unless it's done right in the perfect moment. Roshi is a iconic character for sure but I just don't enjoy his gags compared to like others.
