Ragnir is just a hammer with the Ratatoskr fruit meaning he has no haki.

Let me repeat that.

Everything we’ve seen Ragnir do is just an application of the fruit power.

This means that the default power of the fruit is so great that:
1) not even Imu level haki can disperse its ice
2) just eating it puts you into the top tier and above someone like Harald/Xebec

Bruv Ragnir’s durability completely shattered an ACoC infused club from Loki.

Everybody is out of the job at this point.

Akainu gets cooked by Ragnir. Big Mom gets cooked by Ragnir. Kaido gets cooked by Ragnir.

Literally the only character that can maybe get out of the ice is Kizaru if he can phase but every other conventional top tier in the series is finished.

How is the Niddhogr fruit > Ratastokr fruit?

I can see it having better AP/DC/durability but Imu not being able to break the ice suggests that all of that that is irrelevant to the Ratatoskr fruit hax

@God Buggy It's funny how people are just now realizing how busted Kizaru's fruit is, just going through every matchup and he is always the single character giving everyone the most trouble. It's why I have to give him the edge over Akainu until further notice.
