Your little "Haki surpasses all" rhetoric is stupid because Haki is willpower which relates to dreams and therefore also relates to Devil Fruits, Inherited Will, etc.
In the Kaido Vs. Luffy fight, Kaido was saying things like "This doesn't make any sense!" and "this is the most freewheeling ability I've ever seen." Luffy didn't beat him because he punched him harder, he beat him because he was using an entire plethora of new abilities based on his imagination (exactly what Doflamingo said happens with awakenings).
If you're mad and think Kaido should've won- I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but Kaido lost because his thinking process was exactly as limited as your own is.
