I doubt she will care enough to save him considering how she usually treats her sons xd though that would be hilarious to look at. She cares about her friends and family. She just can't handle rejection or some one leaving her behind. Btw it's fun prediction to see how it goes. She is very interesting character. Wano is not the end of her story.
