Doubtful. The Gorosei have been around much longer than the concept of Law, Killer, and Kidd. Whatever Oda has in store for them, I'm sure it's been set in stone for decades now.
For Doflamingo there was wiggle room to work with his character. The Gorosei are linked to EoS, and Oda has had a clear vision of how he wants that to be since One Piece's inception. He said even if someone were to guess how One Piece pans out in the end, he wouldn't change it.
Well as I mentioned it's not a guarantee that much I concur, never claimed differently. But usually they do, and besides they might constitute Im's personal guards as well.
