Witness yes. I think. It will be a scene like she will depart and see the destruction of Wano or ZKK or some shit.
About fighting again I'm completely unsure.
She can do nothing or she can go around Wano villages or even Flower Capital collecting souls so she can power up again.
Or something that I wouldn't mind. She seeks her crew and is despised they didn't even make it up the waterfall and she takes their lifespan to power up herself.

She will get up of course, bc she somehow has to get out of Wano in the end (assuming Luffy doesn't whoop her ass right here in Wano).
Her final fight with Luffy is inevitable after all, whether it happens in Elbaph or somewhere else.
Love him or hate him, yesterday Morj made a great video explaining why Luffy vs BM needs to happen for plot reasons. In this case I agree with all of the points he made there.
If it comes to her getting up and fighting again, I don't know. It could be that she just gets up and steals Kaido's road ponegliff, but there should be a good reason for why she flees then. She simply hasn't been portrayed to run away from anything and she still wants to demolish Luffy & Co. as badly as she can. That's still her primary goal and the entire reason why she came to Wano after all.
No. Even Oda knows that he can't justify another 20 chapters of defeating all of them AGAIN. It just wouldn't make any sense.
