Right now the Seraphim that are currently on Egghead are S-Hawk, S-Shark, S-Snake, and S-Bear, at first I thought maybe the World Government would at least succeed in taking them but now I think that might not happen.
From the way things are going, it seems like the WG are going to fail on their mission and both Saturn and Kizaru will probably get defeated by the very end of the arc.
So what's going to happen to the Seraphim on Egghead then? Well I think there are two possibilities.
The first is all of them are taken by the Blackbeard Pirates along with York, remember we saw a Blackbeard Pirate ship approach Egghead not too long ago, and we know that two of the Blackbeard Pirates Laffitte and Devon who we haven't seen yet are most likely the two that came to Egghead and are now secretly lurking somewhere on the island.
My guess is that those two are going to take York and once they take York, the might also take the Seraphim that are on Egghead with them as well.
However another possibility is that the Seraphim on Egghead actually split in two groups, with two going with the Blackbeard Pirates and York and the other two going with the Straw Hats and others.
The two I believe will go with the Blackbeard Pirates and York are S-Hawk and S-Shark, while S-Snake and S-Bear both go with Luffy and the others.
As for why S-Snake and S-Bear would go with Luffy and the others, well remember despite being given an order by York, S-Snake was able to listen to Luffy and undo her petrification on Franky, Usopp, and Lilith.
Heck S-Snake has the same personality as the real Hancock and just like the real Hancock, she is already in love with Luffy, so it wouldn't be that surprising for S-Snake to join up with Luffy and the others.
As for S-Bear, remember that in the latest chapter 1106 it was confirmed that the Bonney has the highest authority of all the Pacifistas that are based on Kuma, this should apply to S-Bear as well.
So if any of the Seraphim do go with the Straw Hats and others and become allies, S-Snake and S-Bear are the two imo that makes the most sense.
As for the Seraphim version of Doflamingo, Moria, and Crocodile, well those three will most likely still be used by the World Government.
The World Government still needs at least some Seraphim on their side, so the remaining three that are not on Egghead will most likely still be used by them.
