The black beard pirates have made enemies with every faction in one piece

From pirates to world gov to revolutionaries I believe there will be an Seige on pirate Island

Katakuri will lead a group of big mom pirates to rescue pudding

Koby and Sword and Maybe admiral fujitora will invade to save Garp

And we all know there's a black beard ship on egghead I think it's possible they'll kidnap bonney or vegapunk which may give members of the revolutionary army reason to invade the island to

As well has Perona and Moriah

I see fujitora vs Shiryu this will prove Shiryu truly is that powerful and it be an epic sword fight Shiryu's invisibility doesn't matter in this case Fuji Is blind anyway

Another match up I can see happening clearly is Koby vs Kuzan and Koby giving it his all to surpass Garps former protégé

He'll win after a long hard fight and pass out but that won't be the end

While he's recovering a sword squad frees Garp and he goes to fight Black Beard

The fight is long and intense Garp giving it his all but he's not as young has he used to be and Black Beard realizes that the legend no longer has his legendary strength

Garp will lose this confrontation but Black Beaed will be extremely injured

Garp passes out and right when Black beard is about to make sure he's dead

Room- that's right law is there to rescue the heart pirates he switches with Garp but he realizes he's outclassed when BB disables his devil fruit

That's when a fully recovered koby swacks BB square in the Jaw

Finishing the fight and black beard for good

Yes the SHPs will have assistance from SWORD with Smoker and likely Sabo and Koala as well; but that’s honestly it.

The matchups seem pretty clear, and none of the people you mentioned are near important enough to defeat Blackbeard

I don’t think the BB Pirates are staying on Pirate Island now that it’s destroyed and they have a mobile island that they can use to allow Pizarros fruit to work, let Sanjuan actually stay inland and sail the seas all simultaneously.

Plus it’s not about beef but plot, the plot demands luffy and Blackbeard square off

You’ll probably get that, but not with the Blackbeard Pirates.

The World Government is being set up to be taken down by multiple forces simultaneously imo:

The Holy Knights being defeated by Revolutionaries
The Marines and likely admirals being taken down by Cross Guild
The Marine Legends being defeated by BB Pirates
The Fleet Admiral and the Gorosei being taken down by SHP

With how oda has set up all 3 new Emperor crews and the revs have directly caused issues and engaged on a different aspect of the WGs military, they’ll be taken down by the multiple groups.

But Blackbeard and Imu are opponents that only luffy will be allowed to defeat.
