• Luffy, Sanji, Franky, Bonney, Atlas and Stella are all down with the entire Marine force and Saturn on the ground level
• Chopper, Nami and Usopp are currently transporting Stussy for medical care
• Jinbei is rendezvousing with Lilith at the Sunny
• Zoro is fighting Lucci outside of the Lab

This means at current moment inside the main lab are Robin, Brooke, Kaku, Edison and York

Of this group, only Robin, Brooke and Kaku have shown fighting ability

However

Clearly Robin and Kaku are not in fighting shape, doubly so for Kaku given the Seastone bubble prison he's in now. Which means only Brooke is capable of putting up a fight. It's the perfect kind of situation for the BBP to take advantage of especially since the laser grid is also currently down.

It’s still possible that the BB pirates infiltrated at the moment. If that’s the case though, Robin would be in big trouble, and most people don’t want to repeat a “rescue one of the Strawhats” scenario.
