What I really like about this arc is it's not just about Vegapunk or rob lucci but underlying story is about kizaru meeting shp again after sabody.
It's clear oda 's intend its payback to sabody arc where strawhats were clearly outclassed and outmatched when they took on kizaru.
Lucci is not the villain of the arc , kizaru will be bigger problem when he enters. Seraphims will directly obey him it's natural egghead island is going down this arc.
It'll be interesting if kizaru plays good or bad cop here his relation with Vegapunk is complex . That's why I think this arc will be interesting.
