Monarchy is bad by essence. It's a structure that pushes the power and priviledges under the hands of one person or a very few without the possibility for the people to have them be accountable without a revolution. Monarchy are not okay..

Now.. it's so easy to become a democracy... I don't see why all countries in One Piece can't become instant democracies...

In the world where the world is ruled by a fascist military power and an authoritarian emperor and 20 all immensly powerfull kings where the each citizen have to pays tribute to the WGov unless they want to die... really, it would be so easy to create a democracy !

Oda is really wasting a potential here...

She would be perfect without the attacking animals thing
It's like Oda realized nothing about her was bad so he tried to throw something in to give her a little edge
