Sanji, he clearly a swordsman who can cut food perfectly
Garp, he clearly a swordsman with hes blunt haki punches
Lucci and Kaku, both dont need swords but clearly are swordman
Ben Beckman, the smartes swordsman in east blue
Roger the previous strongest swordsman weak compared to Midhawk becos no black blade
