When Zoro was at the precipice between life and death, he literally used Ryuou (breath of all things) pre-ts, meaning he literally used haki, to control what he could cut and what he couldn't. Then used it to cut Daz

And Zoro didn't enjoy himself in that state.. That shows his growth hasn't reached that point..

Trying to use having fun when you're dying in battle as an indicator for "caliber" is retarded.

It's not.. Zoro is a wild beast, he's been introduced standing on the edge between Life and Death smiling.. Just not in battle..

He's been pierced by a scythe through and through, huge wound.. Yet he was thrilled like a warmonger.. And now we are in the War Land of Elbaf..

Being entranced on the brink of death is the next logical step for Zoro's character growth..

Also, did we all just somehow forget Luffy had the Nika Nika no mi this whole time, he literally had "joy" boy's fruit. How tf do we know that didn't just amplify his joy during those moments by 1000x even before he awakened.

It's fine if you think it's Luffy's fruit making him act like that.. However this also happens to Loki and Kaido so..

He is lacking the the drive of pursuing women, i think it might have been better if Zoro knelt to Sanji instead Mihawk so he could have learned how to get ladies.

He didn't though.. At that time Zoro wasn't at border between Life and Death, he still had stamina and force, he just gave up cause he was completely defeated and outclassed.. Zoro only started fighting at the Brink of Death in Arlong Park..
