King stands no chance against Ryokugyu whether you fall for Toei's filler (you don't want to play this game, or don't you remember Trébol being a logia class? Or Drake the man with the 1% chance of living?) or not because the most important line in that scene is Ryokugyu stating he can't allow himself to lose against subordinates.
The admirals, as of now, aren't supposed to be defeated by a subordinate because no current captain has such powerhouse under them. This will change in the future, of course, but that's the point.

Nothing would really change even if they were in perfect health, sure they could maybe put up a slightly better fight but they would still get defeated at the end.
It also still doesn't change the fact that they both had a week to recover, the episode even shows us that they were able to still move fine despite being nerfed.
For a guy who is supposed to be recovering from his injuries, Queen can move really good.

And there were people like @kurwa who thought this guy could solo the alliance 
Mine is in the manga where Shanks had to interfere and stop Greenbull because Wano alliance couldn't stop him
and Yamato saying Shanks saved Wano
