post ts become worse and worse it was some what good until dressrosa was kinda ok until WCI and is trash in wano im so hyped to see how he will shit all over final saga and make it absolute trash

Like what others have said, One Piece as a world and the mystery of it and adventure wise is pretty much unmatched.

Emotions and feels were top notch pre timeskip also, not the best overall but was for me at the time. I think when One Piece gets heavy with stakes and the characters have strong emotion, it hits home cause of the contrast of Oda’s art style.

Lately it’s a lil too casual in tone, especially Wano and Onigashima. Looking forward for more tension

It is literally most sold manga only 1 comic is more sold than this one piece is going strong from past 25 years there is no other manga that was able to continue main story for so long

Even in pretime skip One Piece is very boring and too goofy. Even the good arcs are pretty boring and doesn't get exciting until Water 7, Enies Lobby, Sabaody, Impel Down, and Marine ford which are the only real good arcs in the series.

Postimeskip sucked and completely cemented One Piece's spot outside the top 5. Horrendous arcs like Fishman Island, Punkhazard, Wano, and boring Zou doesn't help with the slow pacing and the constant running from big mom and getting caught.

Whole Cake and Wano had some good moment but were overshadowed by the garbage pacing and random shitty twist, offscreens, and shitty power scaling

I guess haki and strength just randomly disappear as Franky a non-haki user can knock over Big Mom but Luffy's haki'd up fist can't? It's mind boggling.

I though that it has some data source, but it was a subjective opinion. I can't go more nitpicking/appreciative then.

See, I agree that one piece isn't the best in overall writing, but it's one of the series that has me hooked and always excited for a chapter, so it's top 5 in my list

top means what ? What is your top ? These kinds of things are just subjective manners . I read over 100 manga . I can safely said that one piece top 5 . But 25 years are long running. So normal you feel like that .

Why not? everything is subjective when it comes to art, food, and genre. it is not some scientific theory with facts or anything. For example, let's say, pizza is your top 5 dish and I feel pizza is garbage. I think that anyone who likes pizza has a shit taste. How does that sound for an 'objective' fact? Keep in mind that the manga is around 25years and altough many arcs have terrible pacing, i could say it's hardly top5 only because Oda is has done some good worldbuilding but this comes with a price and that is tha awful pacing sometimes.
