Totally valid points, but I will remind you that Sanji wasn’t too torn up about the arrangement between the time he saw a picture of Pudding and when he learned her true intentions. During that stretch of time, Oda gave us his inner monologue talking about how even though he’d miss his crew, being with his future wife wouldn’t be a bad trade off.
Listen, I never advocate for a guy NOT getting laid (consensually), but my larger point is that neither Zoro nor Sanji would willingly betray their captain. Your friend seems to think one would, and he should be reminded of how this is visibly proven incorrect multiple times throughout the entire story of One Piece.
