Is he.. Is 7 meters tall in One Piece, that will be hard to convince me that 7 meters humans means you have Giant blood..

The only exception is Big Mom. Even Whitebeard is not that tall.

Whitebeard is as tall as Kuma, there's also Queen, Pound, Jozu, Brownbeard, Pickles, Spartan, Black Maria, Buffalo and Jerry.. Yeah big dudes 6-7 meters is not an indicator of being of Giant descent..

My point is big humans are not an indication of them being Buccaneers, and the Fishmen potential Davy trait could have been long gone from them, only remaining in their blood..

Kaido is only 7.2 meters tall. Smaller than the average giant (12 meters)

Kuma and WB are almost the same height (6.6 - 6.9 meters).

Just to add further into this: BM is only a human but still bigger than all of them (8.8 meters) and still smaller than a giant too.

Yes, but Giants average around 20 meters.. Morley is the shortest Giant at 12 meters..

I recall an SBS (or Vivre Card? Idk forgot) which said their average is around 12 meters. This was said around the time of WCI arc btw.

Also Ida (Harald’s first wife) is a giant who is only 10 meters tall, so thats shorter than Morley too.

The Viz has a celestial dragon say “You’re just more Buccaneers” to the Davy clan

but then again announcer who is saying that Kuma is a buccaneer doesn’t point out that the Davys are buccaneers. Though the announcer makes it seem like Kuma is somehow known among the Celestial dragons, like they knew about Kuma before the hunt and that’s why the announcer is singling out Kuma specifically as a buccaneer.

Mind you, this is just the average of the named giants that we have seen. Not every single fodder giant in Elbaf or the rest of the OP world.

So who knows, the 12m average MIGHT actually be real if we're talking world-wide here.
