Where was the Admiral when Shanks and Whitebeard met? Or Shanks and Kaido? Clearly this aint no rule. Sengoku may have went to Roger and Shiki (who fought a war and didnt meet to join forces) as a Threat or to defeat the weakened winner. Big Mom and Kaido meeting up for an ALLIANCE is something that never happened before! So this argument of yours is invalid in every point.
Clearly Kizaru offered to go there to crush their alliance - whether before or after they meet up is irrelevant, he was ready to take on at least one Yonko in a fight without twitching.
