This topic will be all about the Wano War that happened during Act 3 at Onigashima.

What did you think of the war? What was your favorite fight? Is there anything you like or didn't like?

Also is there any characters you really enjoyed during the war? And finally is there any characters that ended up being disappointing during the war?

War? It was barely a war, I expected more from Kaido and from his calamities. Did not care much about tobi roppo, although I thought WW would be more important since it was the most mysterious in the group's intro. All supernovas were clowns, Drake, Apoo, Hawkins, kidd and killer were far worse than Capone. Luffy got every single power up imaginable, awakening, ryu, Adv Coa, whereas kidd and law got shitty awakenins and did not get AdvC... Samurais were underwhelming as fuck, not even a single worth remembering... Oden wank was unbearable at times , TAMA'S existence was a HUGE mistake, the numbers were shown just like one or two panels max each, and Yamato was a letdown in characterization ,I liked her powers tho. Summary, one of the worst wars I have ever read , but maybe it was my fault since I came from reading Kingdom , which is a series that excels in wars mostly... I expected more from Orochi, Kaido and his underlings... and the strawhats were also misused and did not shine that much... Anyway, it is how it is... I still like OP but I dislike Wano as a whole. 2/10 would be my rate

The war had its ups and downs

Overall I would say it was a letdown. Plenty of cool moments but tons of things that just went nowhere

Luffy vs Kaido was my favorite fight. Questionable moments here and there but the choreography was nice and G5 put a interesting spin on the whole thing

What I didn’t like? A lot. If I were to list all of the things wrong with the war I’d be here all day

This may be unpopular but I actually really liked Ulti and Izo. Ulti earned my respect after she stood up to Big Mom and tanked Maser Cannon. I also really like her dynamic with Page One

Izo was a lot cooler than I thought he would be. He didn’t get as much focus as I had hoped but his moments with Usopp and his final act against CP0 solidified him as one of my favorite Wano characters

Drake did nothing but lose, Hawkins did nothing but lose (though he had a nice fight), Usopp hasn’t done anything since Dressrosa, Who’s Who was a exposition machine, etc

The war had very high highs but very low lows as well. I don’t really know how to feel about it.... I don’t love it but I don’t hate it either
