Versus Battle The White Queen vs Honkai Impact verse

#1
The White Queen Who Wields the Sword of Unsullied Truth gets randomly dropped in Honkai land.

How far does she get? Fights everyone one on one. Strongest character she can beat. Who beats her?

Hey sorry for the late reply. Been very busy. Here’s a summary with scans

So she’s the main antagonist of Unexplored Summon Blood Sign and one of the Unexplored Class. Basically the highest rank of gods in the verse.

Her main attack is transforming her clothes into all manner of weapons and launching them all at once. Can fire as much as billions of them if she wants and they tear away at space time itself on anything they pass through.

Destroyed the entire universe in a Plank time before recreating it in 5 seconds in a side story and was revealed to be doing this for an infinite loop.

Other abilities including time manipulation and cause and effect as well as she herself being immune to changes in probability and causality as well as time paradoxes. For example trying to undo damage she inflicted or people she’s killed in the past by going back in time will have no on the present or future.

Well, if we're going with the high-end feats for Honkai, then I guess it isn't a stomp in terms of firepower.

Of the feats I listed, I guess the "universe-level" bracket begins with the Current Era's Herrscher of Dominance, which is much weaker than characters like Mei (Herrscher of Thunder), Kiana (Herrscher of Flamescion), and Durandal (Platinus Equinox). Mei, prior to her current training arc, shrugged away the Herrscher of Dominance's attempt "steal" her Herrscher powers specifically because it was too weak to do so, and this version of Mei is much weaker than some other characters, most notably the 13 Flame-Chasers, who have tiers among even their ranks. So there are a few tiers above the Herrscher of Dominance, so the White Queen may be at a disadvantage there.

Blocking attacks that tear through space-time is tricky, but it can be done since characters (most notably Herrschers) have blocked attacks that act through sub-space, which, I guess means that they are intangible or something. It's never made clear what. Other characters have also shown the ability to tear through space and reality warp.

With that said, however:

If this applies to her attack speed and reactions, then she should be able to clean up Honkai 1v1 without much issue, I think. Even their best speed feats don't reach that level. While characters have traveled across the multiverse before, the universes from the perspective of people residing outside of them are small, so there's nothing suggesting that they can fly at massively faster than light speeds that would come close to Plank-second timeframes. Furthermore, the attack where they spam billions of attacks would be annoying to deal with, and no character has shown the ability to dealing with billions of attacks, though many have shown large area-of-effect attacks

It does apply to her combat speed with at least her rival being able to dodge a serious beam of light from her while that universe destroying feat was a casual one.

Even when she was caught off guard, that cute last boss was so perfect that she made sure just collapsing forward was enough to destroy the world.

When that white light was carelessly unleashed, it blew away the current universe in 10^-44 seconds. And just 5 seconds after that, the spatial world formed from matter and antimatter cooled enough to create countless particles that acted as the cores of atoms.

There was a calc done on it a while back tjat puts her speed at 100 million Novemdecillion times the speed of light too.

Then she shouldn't have issues since even more durable opponents will wear down from the number of attacks and the rate of attacks. In addition to this, while it's likely that some characters may be able to resist space-time breaking attacks (since one character's attacks tore through a black hole with a swing of their sword), we don't have any on-screen feats of them doing so. Most just block the attack with some other technique, so the space-time cutting attacks will poke holes through them.

It’s also mentioned that despite all this, her two hands are the most destructive weapons she has.

"She had no weapons.

In the many legends, that clothing would transform to match the current situation and would form billions or even trillions of weapons to slaughter her enemy. However, it was hard to say those weapons were the whole of her power. When speaking of pure destructive power, her two slender arms were the greatest of all.

It'd be more effective to use the space-cutting attacks, but hands would also work provided the gap isn't huge. Of course determining how large the gap would be for attacks to not harm an opponent is difficult, especially when we're trying to consider the rate and number of attacks that would be inflicted.
