He will be surpassed by the worst generation

It doesn't matter that he is a mid series villain, because the time of the middle generation as being too strong is over, now the worst generation is getting on their level and surpassing them, Shanks will not be stronger and will be surpassed by many characters

It's also pretty ridiculous in my opinion, that Kaido can have 20 statements calling him the world's strongest creature, many strong characters call him that, he is treated like that, there is a chapter title named "The island of the strongest", he fought Shanks and still thought no-one could defeat him, and people say he is not the strongest, but Shanks has Dorry and Broggy compare his haki to Joyboy, and that means he has haki comparable to Joyboy and is top 1
