Oda completed 206 chapters in 6 years, which averages 34 chapters per year. It would take him over 10 years to reach Chapter 1500.
- 2019: 38 chapters released (Chs. 929-966)
- 2020: 33 chapters released (Chs. 967-999)
- 2021: 36 chapters released (Chs. 1000-1035)
- 2022: 35 chapters released (Chs. 1036-1070)
- 2023: 32 chapters released (Chs. 1071-1102)
- 2024: 32 chapters released (Chs. 1103-1134)
- 2019: 38 chapters released (Chs. 929-966)
- 2020: 33 chapters released (Chs. 967-999)
- 2021: 36 chapters released (Chs. 1000-1035)
- 2022: 35 chapters released (Chs. 1036-1070)
- 2023: 32 chapters released (Chs. 1071-1102)

It all depends on what happens after Elbaph. If after Elbaph we go directly to the final battles of the story (against Imu and Blackbeard) One Piece can end sooner than some people expect. But,if after Elbaph we will still have to visit some new islands,meet new characters,etc. One Piece could take another 10 years or even more,to finish. What happens after Elbaph will be a clear indication on when to expect One Piece to end.
I can see it lol thats like 10 years given his last still but I told you guys basically for the last 7-8 years (when Orojackson was around lol) that the series wasnt even close to ending and here we are years later with virtually no end in sight.
If I had to guess:
- Elbaf lasts around 1200, thats mostly a given but largely this depends on if the current enemies (Imu-Gunko and the other 2 God Knights) are it and this doesnt transform into something else (i.e. Shamrock comes back with other GKs and Revolutionaries follow for example)
- Assuming****** Lodestar is next, Im still expecting a major conflict between the Yonko and Marines. Meaning Shanks vs Blackbeard will happen around this time while Luffy fights Akainu, who's story imo needs to get resolved. Id expect this to last another 70-80 chapters. Lets just say 1275.
- Laugh Tale for Blackbeard, who's already had a ton of exposition given what he might do to Shanks, id say lasts similarly, 70-80 chapters to learn the true history and full BBP fights, so lets add another median of 75 chapters, making that 1350.
- Final War with Imu (if thats not merged with Blackbeard somehow) is another 100-150 chapters to close the series. Giving us 1450-1500 chapters.
I can see 1500, and it can take 10 more years, but I only see 4 more arcs left but given Shamrock (maybe), Akainu (maybe but likely), Blackbeard and Imu all exist, it largely depends on how Oda separates them for Luffy through Elbaf and known remaining islands. This doesn't even account for anything else extraneous between Elbaf/Lodestar/Laugh Tale. On the flipside, everything I mentioned above can be condensed and Luffy fights multiple people at once in a free for all so things get resolved faster.
More likely that hed do something stupid like 1325 becuase thats literally Thousand San-Ni-Go (the Strawhat Ship) lol. But even that (175 chapters) seems too short given what we havent achieved yet unless he bullseyes this plot soon
