Powers & Abilities There has to be something unknown about forging blackblades other than haki because it doesn´t make sense for Roger, Wb and Rayleigh to not have one

A black blade is a weapon of a classical swordsman. People like Mihawk who can cut nothing and everything.

Roger, Rayleigh, WB, and even Shanks aren't classical swordsmen. Bar WB, who uses a glaive, they are swordsmen. There is no mistaking that. However they don't follow the same philosophy of swordsmanship as Zoro and Mihawk. They don't care about using their blades to cut.

Rather, as we were directly shown with Shanks and Roger's Kamusari, they use internal destruction haki with their swordsmanship to send out shockwave slashes.

Is it still swordsmanship? Yes. However such a style of swordsmanship, a style that doesn't actually cut the opponent, does not require an ultra hard blade as is required of someone such as Mihawk, who wishes to cut everything(and nothing).

Not sure could be down to how Oda portrays swordsmen.

If ones goal is to stand at the top of the swordsmen then to understand the way of the sword and have a deeper connection to the sword is important.

Roger, Shanks and Whitebeard etc treat blades more of a means to an end not a path to live by.

Much better than the theory you need a certain level of CoA as that makes no sense at all based on the characters like you said didn't have black blades.
Explain how one can have more a connection to their sword than roger whose weapon was called his CONSTANT COMPANIAN and loved his sword so much he named HIS only child after it ?

Or oden who had his swords for 30 years and were the ONLY thing he passed down to his kids ?

To be fair Roger never named Ace.

It was Rouge so unless Roger said to her name the child Ace not knowing if it'd be Male or female it's a little weird.

I'm honestly not sure how black blades are created but the thought that Roger, Shanks and Whitebeard etc weren't strong enough to make one is absurd. There has to be another factor that doesn't involve power that is in the process of a black blade common sense would tell us this.

Dfs can have 'souls' of individuals bound to them that awaken/ connect with the user at some point: Awakening (Remember kaido's words: Mind and body catch up to the powers)
Swords can have 'souls' of individuals bound to them (Cursed ones) that awaken/connect with the user at some point: Black blade

These properties also explain why you probably have to awaken a fruit again once the previous awakened user dies and also why Shuusui being Black didn't grant zoro any feats.

Roger's, WB's, Rayleigh's swords aren't cursed

But Mihawk said any blade can be turned into a black blade

IIRC Roger said the name to Rouge. To name as Ace if male, and something else if female.

Yeah, I too think there is something more about it that haki, though haki obviously is a key ingredient too. While I think Mihawk has haki comparable to Shanks/Whitebeard, I don't think he has Roger level haki. So haki alone doesn't cut it, would be my guess

Roger and rayleigh are not classical swordsmen ???This honestly does not make any sense anymore, zoro got told this as a kid
Yes zoro currently is someone who wants to cut through anything i can agree with you there, but in the verse of one piece there are swordsmen who are able to not cut anything and also cut through steel.
The pinnacle of swordsmanship is the power to protect (shanks protecting fleet) what one wishes to protect, and cut (shanks cuts through steel railgun) what one wishes to cut( did not cut, scar, slice kidds body)...Ultimately zoro will also learn to not cut as it is important for a swordsman because the story has told us a blade that injures all that it touches isn't really a sword. You said at the end However such a style of swordsmanship, a style that doesn't actually cut the opponent, does not require an ultra hard blade as is required of someone such as Mihawk, who wishes to cut everything(and nothing). You say here mihawk wishes to cut everything and cut nothing and thats why he has a black blade, but if that's true that's going against what the story has established as the pinnacle of swordsmanship...instead of saying mihawk has no need for the ability to not cut anything like roger/shanks I think the better thing to say is if roger/shanks are so strong with this swordsman ability, what will it do for mihawk who has the strongest black blade and the wss he will for sure be able to do the same as roger/shanks.

Nope

Roger told Rogue to call his child Ace if he was a son, Anne if daughter

Maybe something has to do with the sword will.

Enma for example will only become black once it kills Kaido.

Wado only will become black when Zoro becomes WSS or the strongest WSS of history.

Not sure about Zoro final sword. It will probably change. I think he keeps Enma and Wado, of course, but his Shidai will probably change for the Supreme version.
