People mistranslate thing. In Japanese one piece store the log pose item there called elbuff. Elbaf don't exist just like raftel don't exist. Its bluff island is where usopp has to bluff himself through his lies with giant. I believe usopp will lead giant army with his bluff. I think it's where usopp lies and bluff will reach its peak. So elbuff as an island make sense.
