Powers & Abilities Things that dont effect bounty

  • Devil fruits
    • Examples: luffy, law, teach, etc.
    • Having a special devil fruit isn't as important as how you utilize it
  • Crew/fleet strength
    • Examples: compare luffy and teach to kid and law
  • Strength and danger if they haven't actually shown the feats. Only using actual known accomplishments
    • Teach again with his low ass bounty in comparison to the other emperors
    • Tamago and pekoms having higher bounties than oven and daifuku most likely due to them being sent on more outside missions
  • Obviously information the world government wants to keep hidden
    • Luffy beating moria
    • Ace being rogers son (tho they eventually said it during marineford)

Makes sense. In fact the bounty Is the individual danger I think. If crew/fleet was considered Luffy would have higher bounty than Law and Kid, he's considered a yonko for that reason, but this hasn't pushed his bounty any higher. Which means Shanks would still have 4 bilion bounty without a crew but wouldn't be a yonko without them obviously, Mihawk was a proof, having 3.59 bilion even though he Is no yonko.

Buggy being the only semi exeption due to the wg using him having crocodile and mihawk under him, being able to rival shanks back in the day, and him being the leader of the impel down breakout as a way to scale his strength and danger
Tho we know none of that is true

Its based on his skill/power with his fruit not just him having a logia fruit
Luffy has an extremely special fruit
Law has an extremely special fruit
Teach has 2 extremely special fruit

The fruits alone dont matter as much as how the user actually uses it

The fruits definitely matter and Croc said intelligence and leadership. So those matter.
Crew matters they talked about how Shanks crew was high ranking.

How come you think their devil fruits affected luffys or laws bounty
The ope fruit on its own is even worth just as much as whitebeard

You don't have any point, you seem scared to make a Mihawk thread like everyone else so you keep making these easily debunked threads on how nothing contributes to bounties because Mihawk has a strength only bounty. Waiting for you next thread.

Laws fruit is worth 5 bil and law wasn't even worth 300 mil pre timeskip

Yes aka Crocodiles own skill and abilities boost his bounty. The strength of the crew/fleet dont get added to someones (crocodiles) bounty to boost it.

Shanks cant become a yonko by himself yeah. You need a strong crew/fleet. With how small shanks's crew is they are more about quality than quantity

Mihawk's bounty is fine
Imo blackbeard, luffy, buggy, kid and laws bounty come off as more confusing on there own. Since at face value none of them seem to make sense but considering that the wg doesn't take that stuff into contact when it comes to bounty it makes a lot more sense
