Just because Oda hasn't gone out of his way to explicitly have a character comment on the black lightning itself, doesn't mean it's not visible.

No people can sense CoC as simply being CoC even with no visual indication

for example Kaido sensed Zoro cut him withCoC without any visual indication of it… And Kaido sensed Luffy was using both CoC and CoA in G5 without Luffy having any visual indicators for like most of his attacks

this random guy is th first person to ever say this ever in the series despite this being such a common thing

and it’s notable that he says this regarding The haki coming out of Saturn’s teleportation circle considering this is a very strange ability already

This should be aCoC imo. I mean we've especially recently seen many aCoC users oozing out black lightning from their bodies whenever they're in fight mode.
