What do these panels mean? It is to show us that imu is afraid of these people, shirahoshi, luffy and blackbeard. . Fans will see the luffy poster and scream "luffy vs imu final fight!" but seem to ignore the 2 other characters. It's just common sense that these 3 will all play a role in imu's downfall. Shirahoshi's role we dont know yet, but blackbeard and luffy will both begin the downfall of imu in egghead. Like i said in my previous thread, saturn is being abducted by the bbp while luffy is fighting his bodyguard. This will lead to government secrets being revealed, leading in to the downfall of the celestials dragons, gorosei and imu. So even though luffy and blackbeard aren't purposely working together, their efforts will have both combined to begin the downfall of imu. Hence why imu has posters of both luffy and blackbeard.
