Realistically I expect a balanced fight but the thing is if the Government knew about their clash both the Grandmaster's and Mihawk's bounties should spike for being more threatful to the peace of the world unless it was a duel that happened very distantly from civilization from they are still illegal I imagine.

-Teach 5.247.600 (higher than WB but lower than Roger)
-Ray around 2.5b (the biggest non emperor bounty, probabily will be supassed just by Zoro)
-Mihawk 2b (1b before it was frozen when he become a Warlord)
Oda dont revel Mihawk bounty because it would basically revel Zoro final bounty. But If Zoro go to around 1.4b/1.5b after Wano, i bet he will get another 1b+ bounty increase for defeating Mihawk before the Final War, putting his final around around 2.520b.

Marines were shocked to learn Kuzan may be involved with the underworld, so he likely didn't have a bounty by Punk Hazard
They could still give him one now, but a bounty would officially make him a criminal. We're talking about a former admiral, one of the WG strongest element. I don't think that would be a good look on the WG and they're known to cover stuff up. Also his vivre card talk about his connection to Blackbeard but at the same time list him as a civilian.

The wordplay idea is overrated imo, there are better options to come up with creative bounties :D
Silvers Rayleigh - 3.047.000.000 - He should be above 3b (and for those who criticize the number for being higher than Blackbeard's current one: Teach's bounty is his first one and even though he's a Yonko he needs to be in this position for a longer time and prove himself).
The 47 is the atomic number for silver.
Dracule Mihawk - 2.189.700.000 or 3.189.700.00 - Probably the 2b, but I think he deserves the 3b as well as Rayleigh.
1897 was the release year of Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Blackbeard - currently 2.247.600.000, could be 5.047.000.000
His current 47 is still in the bounty and his new one would be Whitebeard's bounty plus 1m, making Blackbeard's bounty the highest of all known Yonko bounties.
